It allows you to easily make two or more applications talk to each other and automatically performing certain tasks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, it can also help you take a message you designed\u00a0in BEE Free or BEE Pro, and pass it to another application.<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/support.beefree.io\/hc\/article_attachments\/360005728111\/export-to-ZohoMail-via-Zapier.PNG\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Here is how this works:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/sign-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Create a Zapier account<\/a>, if you don&#8217;t already have one<\/li>\n<li>Create a &#8220;zap&#8221; (that&#8217;s how Zapier calls the tasks it runs) where the first application in the zap is &#8220;Email by Zapier&#8221; and the second application is the app that you want to save the email to.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Email by Zapier&#8221; will generate a special email address for you.<\/li>\n<li>Use that special email address in the\u00a0<em>Send a test email\u00a0<\/em>feature in your BEE Pro account (or &#8220;Send test&#8221; in BEE Free) to send your message to Zapier.<\/li>\n<li>When you send your message to that email address, Zapier will take it and pass it to the receiving application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To which applications can you export an email created with BEE? Many\u00a0of them.
